The ternary form is employed within one single theme unifying the whole prelude. At the beginning, from the clear and magnificent trumpets flows the national anthem motif, reminiscent of October 1, 1949, the day when The People’s Republic of China was born. In the solemn and triumphant notes one can envision the first red flag in the grand Tiananmen Square. In the transition section, a very lyrical oboe melody depicts Veteran revolutionaries gazing at the red flag, recalling the fire of battle and saluting the Symbol of their dedication, sacrifice and the promise of a bright future. The third section features a recurrence of the theme in its full grandeur. The proud song of millions of Chinese people lauding the revolution and the rebirth of the ancient nation reaches the climax when the brass fanfare brings the prelude to a majestic end. J?Ö, KV 492 Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart: Ouvertuere „Le nozze di Figaro“ KV 492 s The Marriage of Figaro, K. 492, is a comic opera by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, with Italian libretto by Lorenzo Da Ponte, based on a stage comedy by Pierre Beaumarchais, La falle journee, ou le Mariage de Figaro (1784). It shows the lightness and happiness in the form of sonata. The overture is especially famous and is offen played as a classic concert piece and won applause from the audience.
