In August of 2008, cooperating with Beijing Dongcheng District library, we managed The BJAMC Theatre on which we mainly stage the newly-created plays and invite brand productions, with the characteristic of fashion and resident performance, we are developing forward the way of sweeping industrialization. In September, 2008, we created the resident performance of “Music Spectacular Water Cube” in the National Aquatic Centre, as our brand show. We represented a series of concerts with marvelous water show, which was launched on the 30th of the month, only 12 days after the close of the Paralympics Games. Concerts with marvelous water show and Music Spectacular Water Cube create a precedent for resident performance in the field of symphony and ballet, which set a model for the commercial use of large scale Olympic competition sites after the Games. It immediately caught the attention of both the media and the public home and abroad and was praised by the People’s Daily as “a wonderful idea” and “a practical way out for the giant Olympic competition sites”, which firstly becomes a performance brand in the Olympic venue all around the world and we have also experienced a substantial development in terms of its model as well as scale of management after this attention-getting and beneficial trial. In October of 2009, we presented the Bird Nest Version of famous opera “Turandot” directed by Zhang Yimou, which attracts altogether more than 80,000 audiences and creates a new record for the number of people watching performances. Düring the past decades, we have provided many wonderful art performances for the audience of Beijing and the whole country, establishing highly appreciated cultural brand names such as “Beijing New Year’s Concert” (in the Great Hall of the People),“Proms Beijing” (in the Great Hall of the People) and “Music Spectacular Water Cube” (in the National Aquatic Centre).
