A bsconded, 20th ult., charged with embezzlement, James Griffiths, a l ia" William Ernest Campbell, alias William Cuthbert, age 30. Height 5 feet 7 inches ; slim built; complexion sallow; hair dark ; high forebead ; face long and haggard; gentlemanly appearance. Was convicted at Scarborough in 1876, and sentenced to 18 months’ hard labour forfraudulent bankruptcy. He has been manager to the Imperial Albumen Paper Company, and resided at 217, Cornwall Road, Notting Hill, Warrant issued.
