Syracuse Music Festival Association CERTIFICATE OF INCORPORATION W E, the undersigned, being all per- sons of full age, citizens of the United States, and residents of the State of New York, desiring to form a membership Corporation pursuant to Article 2 of the Membership Corpora- tions Law, do hereby make, sign, ac- knowledge and file this certificate for such purpose, as follows: First. The name of the proposed Cor poration is Syracuse Music Festival As sociation. Second. The particular objects for which the Corporation is to be formed are the cultivation and advancement of the art of music by the giving of annual musical festivals and other musical en- tainments, and by such other means as are appropriate to this end. Third. The territory in which the operations of the Corporation will be principally conducted is the City of Syr acuse in the County of Onondaga, and State of New York. Fourth. The principal office of the Corporation is to be located in the said City of Syracuse. Fifth. The number of its directors shall be fifteen. Sixth.
