Rather difficultly frangible. Not particularly heavy. Specific gravity—2,584, Rafchau—2,916, Bareuth. Chemical Characters. Before the blow pipe it is fufible without addition into a black or grey coloured fcoria. Geographic and Geognoctic Situations. It occurs in mineral beds at Rafchau near Schwart- zenberg in Saxony, Bareuth, and Bannat of Temef- *ar. That of Bareuth is faid to occur in Terpen tine. SECOND
