FOLIATED RED COPPER-ORE. 133 Internally it is glimmering, inclining to glistening, and the lustre is semi-metallic. The fracture is even, inclining to flat conclioidal. The fragments are indeterminate angular, and rather sharp-edged. It is opaque. It gives a tile-red streak, and loses thereby a little of ds lustre. It is semi-hard. It is brittle.
