Report.—This exhibit is of fruit of remarkably large size, tenderness of shell, and very special excellence, and has been produced by cultivation and grafting of a native nut, which is usually met with only wild and of a quality very inferior to the exhibit, and brings in market but one-fourth to one-eighth the price named as the selling price of the exhibit. 223.
