Form. . the undersigned do herewith declare ; 1) that my son (daugther) N. N. desires to study with my permission in the RoyalConservatorium of Music at Leipzig from the of this year; 2) that I will pay to the Directors of the Conservatorium the sum of three Hundred and sixty Mark a year, payable in advance by instalments of 120 Mark each, at Easter, Michaelmas and Christ- mas and that, if my son (daughter) should leave the Conservatorium before the end of the first year, through any other cause than illness (which is to be certified by a physician), I nevertheless bind myself to pay the amount for the whole year; 3) that I will provide for the maintenance of my son (daughter), during thetime of his (her) stav at the Conservatorium as well as for the hire of a pianoforte, and all other necessary musical Instruments and works which may be requisite.
